Planning the new off-grid cabin | The thaw begins

Our first winter off-grid is coming to an end. As the first signs of spring appear, one week before we gain an extra hour of daylight, we mark out land for the new cabin and start to plan growing areas. The forest floor is slowly being revealed, along with useable timber.
